Domu is a home-based pop-up restaurant created by Dom Monsivais. Its name comes from the Polish word “domu,” meaning “to be home”—a feeling of warmth, welcome, and belonging that Domu strives to offer every guest.

Rather than a traditional restaurant, Domu invites guests into an intimate, home-style dining experience built around the comforting dishes that shaped Dom’s childhood. Each meal is thoughtfully prepared to evoke the flavors, memories, and simplicity of family gatherings around the table.

Domu grew from Dom’s lifelong love of cooking and hosting—moments that have always brought people together in his life.
